Shipping Methods and Cost

The exact cost of packaging and shipping will be added to each order when it is calculated. Packaging and shipping is done with the utmost care. All shipments within the continental U.S. and Canada will ship via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipments will take 5 to 10 business days from the receipt of the order, depending on the destination. Orders Shipped Outside of the Continental U.S. and Canada

Jungletraders ships worldwide. If you reside outside the continental U.S. and Canada we will be happy to assist you. You may email us at info@jungletraders.net or contact us by telephone at (650) 560-9955 to arrange international shipments.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U. S. Territories will be shipped via standard delivery and will arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, unless other arrangements are requested.

For all international orders the customer is responsible for all duties assessed by customs of the recipient country. All duty fees are due at the time of delivery.

Custom Mounting of Artwork

Any wall masks on the site can be fitted with customized bases. Depending upon the mask, this fee is generally $75.00 per mask. Please allow an additional 14 days for mounting.

Returns

We hope that you love whatever you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.

We are happy to replace it with another item or refund the credit card used for the purchase of the item.

Just repack the art in its original packaging (if possible) with the original packing slip and follow these easy steps.

  3. For your security, please return your art with an insured carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and retain a receipt. Jungletraders is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If your purchase arrives damaged, please save all of the packaging and contact us, and we will arrange the return of the damaged item.
